About me and my therapy practice
The call of therapy is an invitation, one that challenges a person to explore, self-reflect and integrate parts of themselves and their lives. I offer safe and confidential sessions, working with client's to do this.
Practice description
My personal and professional experiences have provided me access to, and learning from a multitude of perspectives. These journey’s have become integral parts of who I am and how I work; with acceptance, compassion and understanding.
My first session
In the first session, client's lay out why they have sought talking therapy. The agreement between client and counsellor is a foundational part of the work, upon which a rapport is built. Over the course of subsequent sessions paths open up and through being heard and supported, the client's process of healing can begin to take place.
