About me and my therapy practice
Whether you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling stuck in certain patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, talk things through, and begin to make sense of what’s happening with warmth, curiosity, and care.
People often come to me when they feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we take time to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, so that you can begin to feel more grounded and at ease.
My way of working brings together person-centred, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, which I adapt to suit your pace and what feels right for you. I aim to create a calm, reflective space where you feel heard and supported as you start to understand yourself more deeply.
I believe therapy can be a powerful process of healing and growth, and I feel genuinely privileged to walk alongside people as they find their way toward greater self-understanding and peace.
My first session
Our first session is a gentle starting point, a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what has brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to go into anything before you feel ready; you can take things at your own pace.
Over time, we’ll build a trusting relationship where you can explore your experiences more openly, notice patterns that may be holding you back, and begin to move toward a greater sense of clarity and emotional wellbeing.
I offer online sessions, as well as a free initial phone consultation, so you can get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like the right fit for you.
Therapy can look different for everyone, for some, a few sessions bring enough clarity to move forward, while others find longer-term work allows for deeper change. We’ll find the approach and rhythm that works best for you and adjust as your needs evolve.
