About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Nasreen. I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the Âé¶¹Ô´´. I offer person-centred counselling, providing a private and secure environment for you to discuss your feelings and concerns, while helping you identify behaviours that can assist in managing any issues. I create a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can openly share whatever is on your mind. This allows us both to explore what is happening and why. As a result, your self-awareness may grow, enhancing your empathy and sense of self. With this understanding, you can take suitable steps to address any discomfort.
I listen attentively and with empathy, without passing judgment or criticism. I am dedicated to each client with the highest respect and understanding, regardless of their cultural, gender, racial, disability, or religious background. I have supported clients in overcoming such issues. Anxiety/Depression, Self-worth, Bereavement, Work-related stress.
Practice description

My first session
I offer a free, no-obligation consultation for 15 minutes before we start working together so that we can talk casually about your needs and how they will be satisfied.In order to assist you in moving forward, we will talk about your goals for therapy and collect information together. A mutual contract will be signed if we determine that I am the best therapist for you.
