About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified integrative psychotherapist (MÂ鶹Դ´) with experience supporting women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. I help you explore who you are beneath the roles and expectations, build confidence and self-worth, and heal from past experiences, including trauma.
Many of my clients have spent years putting others first and struggle with anxiety, low mood, identity issues, and self-criticism. Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make positive changes that last.
My approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassion-focused practices when suitable. I also bring my experience as a yoga teacher and Reiki master to offer a holistic approach that honours mind and body.
I offer therapy both online and face to face in Ramsbottom.
