I offer a free telephone/online consultation which will usually be around 15-minutes long, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you have, briefly discuss your current challenges, the impact they're having, and to explore what therapy might look like with me.

What to expect if you choose to work with me:
Your sessions are just that: YOURS. This is your time to use however you choose, and to talk about whatever you want. I won鈥檛 direct you or give you advice, but here are a few examples of areas we might work on together:
- Self-Discovery and Identity: Explore who you are beyond your roles and relationships. Uncover your values, passions, and unique self.
- Healing from Trauma: Process past experiences with compassion, releasing shame and blame. Together, we鈥檒l reduce their impact on your present and future.
- Managing Anxiety and Stress: Tackle root causes, calm your mind, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
- Building Self-Worth and Compassion: Silence the inner critic. Learn to nurture self-compassion and develop a strong, lasting sense of self-worth.
Practice description
I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs which is rooted in humanistic therapy, bringing in trauma-informed techniques and mindfulness practices - we can discuss this fully in your first session with me, where (if it fits for you) we鈥檒l use some assessment tools to see where you鈥檙e at now, and what your hopes and goals are for therapy.
