Welcome, I work with professionals from diverse cultural, racial, and neurodiverse backgrounds, including ADHD and autism (diagnosed or self-identified), and those navigating identity, life transitions, or cross-cultural challenges. I provide weekly psychological containment to high-functioning adults when they need a private, consistent space to think clearly, regulate under pressure, and make complex decisions well.
I am a former Magic Circle lawyer turned UK Â鶹Դ´-registered psychotherapist.
Private, discreet, limited availability.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself, online therapy offers a confidential, flexible way to get support — wherever you are. You don’t need to know exactly what you want from therapy. You just need a safe, private space to think, feel, and work through what matters to you.
Many people who come to me are functioning well on the outside but quietly carrying pressure, responsibility, or uncertainty. You might notice this as stress, anxiety, burnout, or feeling disconnected from your life or relationships.
I offer thoughtful, confidential support for adults who want to:
- * Think more clearly and make considered decisions
- * Regulate under pressure and reduce emotional overwhelm
- * Navigate personal, professional, or relational complexity
- * Understand themselves more fully and move forward with intention

About me and my therapy practice
How I work
I am a UK-registered psychotherapist and former Magic Circle lawyer. Before training as a therapist, I spent over a decade in high-pressure legal and corporate environments. That experience gives me insight into how responsibility, high performance, and sustained pressure affect your wellbeing.
I work integratively, drawing primarily on existential and humanistic psychotherapy, informed by attachment theory, Jungian psychology, relational approaches, and mindfulness-informed neuroscience.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective. I provide psychological containment — a steady, non-judgemental space where patterns, relationships, and decisions can be explored. I am warm and attuned, and I also think actively with you, helping you see what is often difficult to see alone.
What I can help with
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological and relational concerns, including:
- Anxiety, stress, and high-functioning burnout
- Depression and low mood
- Identity, cultural, or cross-cultural challenges
- Life transitions, grief, and loss
- Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism
- Relationship difficulties, couples or family dynamics
- Trauma and the impact of past experiences
- Work-related stress, leadership pressure, or professional identity
- Self-esteem, direction, and meaning
- Fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and women’s life stages
- Sexuality and sexual identity
- Career, executive, or organisational challenges
How I deliver therapy
- Online therapy (Zoom or secure video)
- Telephone therapy
- Email / text-based support
- Long-term therapy
- Short-term therapy
- Single-session therapy (SST)
- Time-limited therapy
Online sessions are private, secure, and effective. They offer flexibility, convenience, and the ability to engage from anywhere — whether at home, work, or abroad.
