Availability
I currently offer online and in person therapy and have availability for new clients.
My hours are flexible, with sessions offered during the day and some early evenings to fit around work, study, and family life. I aim to make therapy accessible and easy to integrate into your week — without the need to travel or take extra time off.
Although my practice is based in Loughton, Essex, working online means I can support clients across the UK, including those based in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Brighton, and surrounding areas. Online sessions create space to work in a way that feels calm and contained — wherever you are.
If you’re interested in starting therapy, please get in touch. I’ll reply within two working days to arrange a brief chat or confirm your first session time.
About me and my therapy practice
Shaz Isaac
www.healingrivertherapy.com
I’m a therapist who helps people understand what their bodies are holding from stress or past trauma. My approach is calm, collaborative and body-based, supporting you to feel safer, more connected and more trusting in yourself. I’m neuro-affirming and neurodivergent myself, and work integratively with both body and mind.
I offer integration support for people processing plant medicine or other expanded states, helping you ground insights and emotions into everyday life.
I hold a CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Somatic-Informed Trauma Therapy and work with the understanding that trauma lives in both the body and mind. Through grounding and gentle somatic practices, clients learn to regulate, reconnect and feel more at ease within themselves.
As a CPCAB Level 3 Breathwork Coach, I also bring practical nervous-system tools that support emotional regulation and deeper body awareness.
I’m IFS Level 1 trained (IFS UK), and this sits at the heart of my work. IFS helps you understand the different parts within you — the protectors, the managers and the parts holding pain — with curiosity and compassion. This approach supports inner balance, reduces conflict and helps you move toward greater calm, confidence and connection.
Practice description
Therapy with me is about slowing down, feeling safe, and making sense of what’s happening inside. My approach is compassionate, body-aware, and collaborative — drawing on Somatic Trauma, sensorimotor psychotherapy skills, EMDR skills, rewind technique, the flash technique, EFT and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Breathwork to support lasting change.
I offer a neurodivergent-affirming space where all ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world are welcomed. As a neurodivergent therapist my practice is neuro-inclusive, recognising that every nervous system works differently and that safety looks different for everyone.
You don’t need to know where to start — we begin with where you are. Together we explore the parts of you that may feel protective, overwhelmed, or shut down, helping them find understanding and calm. Therapy is real and honest: I check in often, welcome feedback, and work at your pace so it feels safe and grounded.
I currently offer weekly online therapy for adults across the UK. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be booked individually or in blocks of six or twelve after an initial consultation. This structure offers continuity while keeping flexibility to pause or continue.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. I keep pricing transparent and offer payment plans for block bookings to make support accessible and sustainable.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle introduction — a chance to get to know each other and see if it feels like the right fit. You’re welcome to share what’s been happening and what you hope for, but there’s no pressure to go into everything straight away. We’ll move at your pace.
Feeling safe and connected is the foundation of the work. I encourage openness about how sessions feel, and I’ll check in regularly so therapy remains collaborative and supportive.
If you choose to continue, I offer weekly sessions with simple online payment links and the option to book in blocks of six or twelve. This creates structure and focus while keeping flexibility to pause, review, or continue.
Therapy is both a personal and financial investment. I keep pricing transparent, with the option to spread payments across a block if needed.
The first session is simply about connection — because when therapy feels safe and real, meaningful change can begin.
