About me and my therapy practice

Therapy is not always for times of crisis. It can be a gift to yourself to dedicate time and space to navigating the general challenges of being human.

I believe we can all truly benefit from taking time to get in touch with ourselves, reflect on how we got to where we are in life, and discover where we might like to go next. I hold a calm and supportive space for you to do this.

Reflecting on your unique experiences can reveal connections between past and present and provide insight into patterns, behaviours and ways of being that shape your life today.

Practice description

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, behavioural, and existential approaches to work collaboratively with you in a way that best supports your process.

I work with with children, young people, and adults, both in-person and online. The people I work with bring a variety of experiences, such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, confidence and self-esteem challenges, social anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, and student-related pressures, among others. Many of the people I support identify as neurodivergent, living with ADHD, autism, or invisible differences. I aim to create a calm, understanding space where your unique experiences are truly seen and valued.

Animal & Pet loss

I often support those who are grieving the loss of a beloved animal, or anticipating that loss. This kind of grief is often minimised or misunderstood by others. I understand the importance of having a compassionate space where your irreplaceable bond and feelings can be fully acknowledged and honoured, and where you can explore and process your grief at your own pace.
