Availability

I am currently available to take on new clients and students (for mentoring)

I work Tuesday to Friday, from 10-8pm

I offer online/ telephone counselling via Zoom or Teams.

About me and my therapy practice

As my client, you would have a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space to share and explore your life story. Together we can work towards understanding any difficulties and bringing change and transformation for a happier life.

How we relate to ourselves and others, affects how we think, feel and function. Looking at your past/present relationships and any behaviour patterns, we can identify their limiting effects.

I believe in the power of a healthy therapeutic relationship and how this can bring strength, to help you find yourself again and ease distress. Giving yourself the time to explore your issues, can be a positive start. You can understand your past better, process your present day more effectively and set goals and strategies for a brighter future. We do this at your pace, when you are ready.

I worked with Relationships Scotland and have had many clients who thrived and made positive changes. I use an Integrative therapy approach, allowing me to apply a range of therapies, to ensure I meet the individual needs of each of my clients.

I also work at Stirling University as a Mental Health Mentor,  supporting students with their mental health, helping them  manage anxiety, develop concentration skills, time management skills and work load balance. This mentoring has been crucial in students achieving their qualification and  and reaching their full potential. I offer private sessions in mentoring as well as counselling and have availability for the new academic session starting in September 2025.

Practice description

I offer 50 minute sessions for counselling- online via zoom and can also provide  telephone sessions.

I provide 40 minute sessions for mentoring college/university students via Zoom or Teams for £25.

I recommend an inital telephone consultation and if we decide to go forward with our counselling sessions or mentoring, a working agreement and assessment form will be emailed for completion.

My counselling and mentoring service is relaxed and informal and I am flexible with times and days for appointments.

My first session

After you have made contact by email or telephone, I will offer you a free 20 minute consultation, usually by phone.
