I am currently accepting new clients. At present I provide therapy online only. I am available during the week days between 9am and 8pm and on weekends between 8am and 4pm.

About me and my therapy practice

Taking that first step toward therapy can feel a bit daunting, and it takes genuine heart to do it. If you鈥檙e going through a tough time, feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of things, I want you to know that you don't have to deal with it all on your own.

Life can throw a lot at us, and it鈥檚 completely normal to feel stuck, tired, or unsure of what to do next.

Over the years, I鈥檝e helped people work through many difficult life experiences, including:

Stress, Anxiety & Burnout: When worry feels constant and you鈥檙e running on empty.

Trauma & Past Hurts: Healing from painful events, abuse, and lingering memories.

Low Mood & Depression: Finding hope and energy when life feels heavy or flat.

Grief & Loss: Navigating bereavement, miscarriage, or major life changes.

Discrimination & Identity: Processing the painful effects of racism, unfair treatment, or feeling out of place.

Breaking Harmful Habits: Understanding why we turn to addictions or unhelpful behaviours to cope.

How We鈥檒l Work Together

I view therapy as two equal human beings sitting down to figure things out together. You know your own life best; my job is to listen, support you, and give you the tools to help you heal.

In our sessions, you can speak openly and honestly without any fear of judgment or being a burden.

We鈥檒l help you catch your breath and find calm in the middle of whatever is going on. We'll then look at the root causes and past experiences so you can understand why you feel the way you do. We will also discuss practical ways to care for your own mental health, helping you handle whatever life throws at you in the future.

Taking the Next Step

Taking that first step can feel intimidating, but you don't need to have all the answers right now. We'll work things through together.

Please do send me a message today to set up a free introductory call. I鈥檓 here to support you through the hard times, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Practice description

I am trained in Existential and Integrative Psychotherapy. This means I can draw from different approaches and techniques to suit your needs.

We will have regular one-to-one sessions. During the sessions, I'll help you deal with your negative experiences, discover the possibility of true freedom, freedom to express yourself in each moment.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to discuss issues and build a trusted relationship.

I see therapy as two peers solving problems and growing together. We will work together to help you steady the situation, bring back clarity and strengthen the way forward.

I am here to support you during your most challenging circumstances.

My first session

I believe, for therapy to be successful, it is important that we are both able to work with each other. During the introductory session, we will both assess whether we are able to work together. It is important to establish this at the outset as the therapeutic relationship is based on Trust.

I will explain the ethical aspects of Therapy and how to access emergency support, if required.

We will discuss fees during this session.

About me and my therapy practice

My approach to therapy is centred around you.

Everyone comes to therapy with a unique personal story shaped by their experiences, relationships, culture and identity.

Because of this, I do not use a one size fits all approach to therapy.

My work is existential and integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic ideas depending on what feels most helpful for you. The focus is always on understanding your individual circumstances and what you are going through.

Therapy is adapted to you rather than you adapting to therapy.

I provide a safe space to talk where you can speak about things that may feel difficult to share elsewhere.

A trusting, safe and open relationship is central to how I work.

Sessions are confidential and non-judgemental, allowing you to bring whatever is on your mind without pressure to present yourself in a certain way. You do not need to worry about saying the 鈥渞ight鈥 thing.

We move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you.

Therapy is not about fixing you, but about developing a deeper understanding of your experiences.

Together, we explore what is happening in your life now, as well as how past experiences, relationships and patterns may be influencing you. We may also reflect on questions of identity, meaning and direction.

Over time, this process can help you see yourself and your choices more clearly. Greater understanding can open up new possibilities that may not have felt available before.

Practice description

Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate.

You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, addiction or questions about who you are and where your life is heading. You may be struggling with relationships or finding yourself repeating patterns that you don't fully understand.

Or perhaps nothing is obviously wrong, but something doesn't feel right.

I offer you a confidential, safe and non judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life and explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be difficult to make sense of on your own.

There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about. We can take the time to understand what has brought you here and what you would like from therapy.

You don't have to work everything out on your own.

Sometimes, having room to be yourself is where understanding begins.

People come to therapy for different reasons.

You might be experiencing:

  • Anxiety or persistent worry
  • Stress or feeling overwhelmed
  • Trauma or difficult experiences from the past
  • Grief, bereavement or loss
  • Addiction or behaviours that feel difficult to change
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Questions around identity, belonging or purpose
  • Low confidence or self-esteem
  • A major change or difficult period in your life
  • A feeling of being stuck or unsure about what comes next

You don't need to have a diagnosis or be in crisis to come to therapy.

Sometimes people simply want to understand themselves better, make sense of what they are experiencing, or have somewhere they can speak openly without worrying about how their words will affect somebody else.

I will listen carefully, ask questions and sometimes offer observations or different ways of looking at what you bring. At other times, what may be most helpful is simply having the space to say something and have it genuinely heard.

There isn't a predetermined route that every session has to follow.

We start with you and work from there.

My first session

Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, particularly if you haven't experienced it before.

Our first conversation gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for and any questions or concerns you may have.

It also gives you an opportunity to experience how I work and decide whether you feel comfortable working with me.

Finding a therapist with whom you feel able to talk openly matters. There is no obligation to continue if you feel that I am not the right therapist for you.
