About me and my therapy practice
I work in person and online with individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, frustration, alienation, shame, low mood, and issues with self-esteem.
I have particular experience supporting people who are struggling with harmful lifestyle patterns such as addiction or dependency, as well as those facing difficulties related to identity, sexuality, relationships, or trauma—whether recent or historic.
My approach is to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to explore and make sense of the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be causing you distress. Together, we can uncover the underlying reasons behind how you feel, recognise that change is possible, and work towards meaningful and lasting improvement in your wellbeing.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a recognised condition to benefit from counselling—it can be a powerful and transformative experience for anyone.

Practice description
I am a Â鶹Դ´-registered, Person-Centred Therapist offering both in-person and online sessions. My practice is humanistic and holistic, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to ensure the most effective outcomes for each individual. I work with you at your own pace, without judgment and in complete confidence, supporting you with whatever you choose to bring to our sessions.
I take pride in staying current with new and emerging ideas in counselling, as well as developments in our understanding of community, identity, and personal growth.
My first session
Our initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to talk about the challenges or concerns that have brought you to counselling. It’s a chance for you to gain a sense of what working with me is like and to explore what you might hope to achieve from therapy.
You’ll have the space to ask any questions you may have, and—since it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported—you can decide whether you’d like us to continue working together.
