About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative therapist, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to offer a flexible, tailored experience that supports your unique needs and goals. My core approach combines person-centred therapy, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), creating a compassionate and practical space for healing and growth.

Person-centred therapy underpins my practice, ensuring that you are met with empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I work to create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences.

From an attachment-informed perspective, I pay close attention to how early relationships and emotional bonds shape our current patterns in connection, trust, and self-worth. Understanding these patterns can bring clarity to present-day challenges and help foster more secure, fulfilling relationships.

Incorporating CBT allows us to identify and work with unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we can develop strategies that promote greater emotional resilience, self-awareness, and day-to-day wellbeing.

By integrating these approaches, I aim to support you holistically—addressing not only immediate concerns but also deeper patterns, helping you move toward lasting change and greater self-understanding.

Practice description

Nestled in the heart of Central London, this private practice offers a refreshing and holistic approach to wellbeing. Designed as a calming sanctuary from the city's intensity, it blends therapeutic professionalism with modern amenities.

The space at CuraRooms is thoughtfully designed with soft lighting and calming scents to promote relaxation and calm. Complimentary drinks are welcome to clients upon arrival, consisting of cold-pressed juices, herbal tea and fresh fruit-infused water—all tailored to support emotional and physical wellness. Recovery pods are available to provide a space to decompress before or after a session.

As well as face to face sessions, I offer telephone and video to ensure that therapy is as convenient as possible for clients. A mix of in person and online sessions are welcome depending on what meets a client’s needs.

Services Offered:

Creative Therapy Work: We can work in a creative way to support self-expression and emotional healing. I am an integrative therapist meaning that I use a combination of techniques and approaches to meet your needs.

Traditional & Holistic Therapy: CBT, person-centred approach, mindfulness-based approaches, attachment and elements from compassionate focused therapy and ACT—tailored to individual needs.

Recovery Pods: Quiet recovery pods are available for pre- or post-session decompression, or even a short rest, allowing clients to fully integrate their sessions.

No matter who you are—from busy professionals seeking balance, to artists and creatives looking for safe spaces to explore identity and expression. This practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and BAME & LGBTQ+ affirming.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone call to explore how therapy might support you. This is an opportunity to discuss your current concerns, ask questions, and see if I am the right fit for your needs. If you decide to continue, we’ll arrange a comprehensive assessment session. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan, guided by your goals and focused on what matters most to you.
