About me and my therapy practice

Something might not feel quite right, even if it's hard to put into words.

You might find yourself overthinking everything, replaying conversations, or feeling constantly on edge. You may be holding things together on the outside, while underneath feeling low, anxious or emotionally unsettled, struggling to feel quite like yourself or at ease in your relationships.

Often, these experiences aren't random, but linked to patterns that develop over time, sometimes without us fully realising. Together we can begin to explore what's behind how you're feeling, and try to make sense of it in a way that feels manageable.

I work with both individuals and couples, offering a space to explore what's going on and find a way forward. I offer a calm, supportive environment where you can talk openly, without judgement or pressure. We would work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you.

Practice description

I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ registered integrative therapist working with adults, couples and young people. I support a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship challenges.

This can include overthinking, communication difficulties, feeling on edge or feeling emotionally distant from yourself or from the people in your life. Over time, you may begin to notice patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, particularly during times of stress, change or within close relationships.

I also work with trauma, including sexual assault and historic abuse. I understand that these experiences can have a lasting impact, and we would work in a way that feels safe, supportive and led by you.

At the heart of my work is creating an environment where you feel heard and understood, and where we can gently explore what's going on beneath the surface.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute online introductory meeting, so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit. It's a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work, with no pressure to commit.

If you decide to continue, we can arrange ongoing sessions from there. It's important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, as this forms the foundation of the work.
