About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can talk freely.

Beginning your counselling journey can feel daunting but building a trusting relationship is at the heart of our work. Your experiences and emotions are important to me and I aim to ensure they are genuinely heard and understood.

Together we can reflect on your thoughts and feelings, supporting you as you work through difficult emotions and personal changes.

I have experience supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues and self-worth. I welcome clients from all communities and am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Practice description

I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw on a range of approaches and techniques tailored to you and your goals in therapy. We will work together to make sense of your experiences and find ways to navigate life that feel right for you.

To do this I combine several approaches in my work including:

Relational and developmental approaches which help us understand how your relationships and past experiences influence the present.

Person-centred therapy which prioritises your perspective and inner resources, helping you connect with your thoughts, feelings and authentic self, whilst building on your strengths.

I also use practical techniques that focus on the connection between your body, nervous system, and emotions, supporting regulation and insight. This helps us find the right tools to manage challenges and create positive change.

Please get in touch via email. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to have a brief chat about what brings you to therapy, a chance to ask any questions, and to get a sense of each other.
