About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and keeping everything going isn鈥檛 always easy. My practice offers a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and take a break from the pressures of everyday life.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and truly understood. With warmth, curiosity, and care, I鈥檒l support you in exploring whatever you鈥檙e facing 鈥 helping you develop insight, make meaningful changes, and move toward a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.
My journey to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management, where I experienced burnout and a growing sense of disconnection. Through my own experience of therapy, I was able to reconnect with what really mattered to me. That process was transformative and ultimately inspired me to retrain as a counsellor.
Alongside my private practice, I facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity and work with people from all walks of life. I have a particular passion for supporting those in recovery from addiction and for advocating for men鈥檚 mental health.
I work integratively, meaning I tailor each session to your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in the way that feels most helpful.
My practice is based in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1, just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street.
If you鈥檙e curious about therapy or wondering whether we might be a good fit, you鈥檙e very welcome to get in touch. I鈥檇 be happy to answer any questions and explore how we could work together.
