About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it isn鈥檛 always easy to keep up. My practice offers a calm, supportive space where you can pause, be heard, and step away from daily pressures.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood. With warmth and curiosity, I鈥檒l support you in exploring the challenges you鈥檙e facing, helping you build insight, make meaningful changes, and move toward a more connected and fulfilling life.
My path to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management, where I experienced burnout and a sense of disconnection. Through my own therapy, I reconnected with what truly mattered 鈥 an experience that inspired me to retrain as a counsellor.
Alongside my private practice, I facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity and work with people from all walks of life. I have a particular passion for supporting people in recovery from addiction and for championing men鈥檚 mental health.
I work integratively, tailoring sessions to your individual needs and drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches.
My practice is based in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1 鈥 just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street.
If you鈥檙e curious about therapy or wondering whether we might be a good fit, please feel free to get in touch. I鈥檇 be glad to answer any questions and explore how we might work together.
