About me and my therapy practice

Having spent the last ten years working with the homeless community and gaining insight into the diverse challenges they face, I am now transitioning into a new chapter of my professional journey.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹ԭ´´), I have discovered a meaningful way to support individuals in developing deeper understandings of themselves and their circumstances. This process often opens the door to new opportunities for self-help and personal growth.

I practice within the Person-Centred modality, a compassionate form of talking therapy. My approach is collaborative and client-led: together, we will explore the issues you bring to our sessions, with you setting the pace and determining the focus of our work.

My role is to provide a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a safe place to share, my aim is to help you navigate your path forward in a way that feels right for you.

Practice description

I offer primarily face-to-face counselling in Worcester, with remote sessions via phone or video for flexibility when life makes attending in person difficult.

I work in a warm, collaborative way, providing a space where you can feel heard and understood without judgement. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, helping you gain insight and move towards meaningful change.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward, whether in relationships, work, or with their own sense of identity. I believe that counselling can help you build a stronger relationship with yourself, developing clarity and resilience to navigate life’s challenges.

Following an initial assessment, we will agree on what you wish to explore, the goals you would like to work towards, and how we might achieve these over time, at a pace that feels right for you. I understand that seeking counselling can feel daunting, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
