I offer private therapy sessions Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm. Sessions are available online, by telephone, or in person in SE10. Many clients choose online work for its flexibility and ease, especially when balancing work, family life, or complex schedules.
My approach is an integrative one, drawing on CBT, person鈥慶entred therapy, and solution鈥慺ocused work. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your individual needs, whether you鈥檙e looking for structured strategies, space for reflection, or support in navigating specific challenges. I have experience working with trauma, ADHD, domestic abuse, couples and relationship issues, and pastoral care, and I aim to offer a safe, steady, and collaborative space for whatever you bring.
If you鈥檇 like to arrange a session, please feel free to email or call me. I鈥檓 always happy to discuss your needs and find a time that works well for you. We can talk through your availability and support you in arranging a session that suits your schedule.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. My name is Jason, and I am an empathic integrative counsellor. My training spans person鈥慶entred, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, allowing me to draw from a range of therapeutic theories to meet you where you are. My work is rooted in supporting emotional wellbeing, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you navigate whatever challenges life brings.
Initial Consultation
Our work begins with a confidential consultation where we explore what has brought you to therapy, your needs, and how we might work together in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Tailored Approach
Following this first meeting, I will shape a therapeutic plan that reflects your goals and preferences. Because my approach is integrative, your therapy is never 鈥渙ne鈥憇ize鈥慺its鈥慳ll鈥 鈥 it is responsive, collaborative, and centred on what will genuinely help you.
Therapeutic Sessions
Sessions offer a calm, non鈥慾udgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you are seeking short鈥憈erm, solution鈥慺ocused support or longer鈥憈erm, deeper exploration, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, aiming for meaningful and lasting change.
Progress Review
We will periodically reflect on your progress, reassess your goals, and adjust our approach where needed so your growth remains at the heart of our work.
Skills and Strategies
Alongside exploration, I will share practical tools and strategies to help you navigate life鈥檚 challenges with greater confidence, both within sessions and beyond them.
Continued Support
When our planned work comes to a natural close, you are always welcome to return if life shifts or new challenges arise. The door remains open, and support will be available whenever you need it.
Practice description

I offer clinical supervision online, Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm. Many supervisees value the consistency and flexibility of meeting online, especially when balancing client work, placements, or wider professional commitments.
My supervisory approach is integrative, drawing on person鈥慶entred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution鈥慺ocused perspectives. This allows us to explore both the relational and technical aspects of your work, while also identifying strengths, resources, and practical steps that support your development as a practitioner. I also work with the Seven鈥慐yed Model of Supervision, which helps us reflect on your practice through multiple lenses 鈥 from the client鈥檚 experience, to your interventions, to the dynamics within both the therapeutic and supervisory relationships, and the wider ethical or organisational context. This creates a rich, reflective, and supportive space where your growth and wellbeing remain central.
If you鈥檙e considering beginning supervision or exploring whether we might be a good fit, I warmly invite you to get in touch by email or phone. I鈥檓 always interested in hearing where you are in your professional journey, what you鈥檙e hoping for in supervision, and how I can support you in a way that feels collaborative, steady, and attuned to your needs.
I understand that practitioners often work around complex schedules, so I aim to offer flexibility where possible. If you need a time outside my usual hours, please reach out 鈥 we can explore options together and find something that works well for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an empathic integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor, drawing on person鈥慶entred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution鈥慺ocused approaches. This allows me to adapt the work to the individual or practitioner in front of me, offering a balance of emotional depth, reflective exploration, and practical strategies. My focus is always on creating a safe, steady, and collaborative space where your experiences are held with care and respect.
In my therapeutic work, I support adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, ADHD, domestic abuse, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and issues around identity, faith, and pastoral care. I aim to meet each person with warmth and authenticity, helping them make sense of their experiences and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.
As a supervisor, I work online with both trainee and qualified practitioners. My approach is grounded in integrative theory and informed by the Seven鈥慐yed Model, enabling us to explore your clinical work through multiple lenses 鈥 from client dynamics and therapeutic interventions to the relational processes within both therapy and supervision. I aim to support your professional development while also attending to your wellbeing as a practitioner.
Across all areas of my work, I value honesty, collaboration, and a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are seeking therapy or supervision, my intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to grow in ways that are meaningful to you.
Practice description
My supervision practice offers a collaborative, reflective space where practitioners can explore their clinical work with openness, curiosity, and support. I work integratively, drawing on person鈥慶entred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution鈥慺ocused approaches, allowing us to look at your practice from multiple angles and at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to hold a steady, relational environment where you feel safe to bring your questions, uncertainties, strengths, and growing edges.
I use the Seven鈥慐yed Model of Supervision to guide our work, helping us explore the client鈥檚 experience, your interventions, the therapeutic relationship, your internal process, and the wider organisational or ethical context. This model supports a rich, multi鈥憀ayered understanding of your practice and encourages deeper awareness of the relational dynamics that shape the work.
Supervision with me is both supportive and stretching. We will think together about your clinical decisions, your use of self, your theoretical understanding, and the emotional impact of the work. I hold supervision as a space where you can develop your confidence, strengthen your clinical identity, and maintain your wellbeing as a practitioner.
I have experience supervising work with trauma, ADHD, domestic abuse, bereavement, couples and relationship issues, and pastoral or faith鈥憆elated concerns. Whether you are a trainee or an experienced therapist, my intention is to offer a grounded, attuned supervisory relationship where your development and the quality of your client work remain central.
If you are looking for a supervisor who values authenticity, reflection, and collaborative growth, I welcome you to get in touch. Together, we can explore whether we are a good supervisory fit and how I can best support your professional journey.
