About me and my therapy practice
Whatever you are going through you do not have to be alone with it.
I am a Person-Centred therapist which means I work from the understanding that you are the expert in your own life and together we will explore and understand your experiences from which changes and new ways of being can grow.
Whether you are facing challenges or looking for deeper self-understanding, I am here to support you every step of the way. You will always be at the centre of the work we both do together. I offer a space where you can truly be yourself and find the clarity and healing you seek.
I support those dealing with anxiety & stress, depression, bereavement & loss, feelings of loneliness, struggles with self-confidence and sexual abuse. I am trauma informed in my practice and I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions. I strive to create an environment where healing can grow and flourish.
I also have specialist experience and interest in perinatal mental health, understanding that the journey of parenthood can be both joyful and overwhelming. I aim to help parents embrace this transformative time by providing compassion and support as they navigate the challenges that come with welcoming a new baby, empowering individuals to find balance and joy during this special time.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, dealing with grief, or adjusting to the challenges of parenthood I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and fulfilment.
I embrace difference, diversity and identity be it racial, cultural, sexual or gender-based.

Practice description
Outdoor therapy can be a great way to have therapy if you are at a point in your life where you are feeling stuck, you find the conventional therapy setting awkward and uncomfortable, or you generally find it easier to to talk when moving. Working in nature offers many beautiful creative and healing benefits.
Buggy Therapy: For clients who prefer to be outside I offer individual sessions with buggy and baby, encouraging parents to get out and about during a period of time that can be filled with unpredictability and difficulties. Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour around the Common, we walk at your pace and allow for any feeding or changing that may be necessary during this time.
