About me and my therapy practice
I support women across the UK who are experiencing relationship difficulties, including communication problems, trust issues, uncertainty, anxiety or feeling unhappy in their relationships. Relationship problems can also affect how you feel about yourself. Therapy with me offers a calm, supportive space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand your patterns and reconnect with what you need both in your relationships with others and in the relationship you have with yourself.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns, or unsure why you're struggling. Whatever has brought you here, you'll be welcomed into a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard without judgement.
My role isn't to tell you what to do or make decisions for you. I work alongside you, to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and relationship patterns. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be be influencing your life today, while also finding practical ways to help you feel calmer, more confident and emotionally secure.
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe the relationship we build together is an important part of the therapeutic process. My style is warm, honest and collaborative. I'm an active therapist, which means I may ask thoughtful questions, help you recognise patterns and gently encourage new ways of thinking, always working at a pace that feels right for you.
You don't need to have everything worked out before starting therapy. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you are returning after some time away, we can begin with whatever feels most important to you.
