About me and my therapy practice

As a supervisor, I offer a reflective and collaborative space where practitioners can explore their client work with openness and curiosity. My approach is grounded in a person-centred ethos, supporting supervisees to develop self-awareness, ethical sensitivity, and confidence in their clinical decision-making.

Sessions are 拢60 per hour, typically can be taken in either 90 minute sessions or two 45 mins sessions over a month, or if you need a different set up, this can be discussed.

You can expect there to be normative, restorative and formative elements to the session.

Practice description

I offer supervision as a reflective, collaborative, and supportive space, shaped by over 18 years of experience as a teacher alongside my clinical work. My approach is grounded in a person-centred ethos and informed by the Seven-Eyed Model, allowing us to explore client work from multiple perspectives, including relational dynamics and practitioner process. I integrate humanistic, CBT, and relational approaches, and adapt supervision to suit the individual鈥檚 experience and context.

I bring additional depth through my work delivering workshops on LGBTQI+ experiences, racial identity and cultural awareness, and understanding masculinity, which can enrich supervisory conversations where relevant. My style is relaxed and relational, with space for both supervision and elements of coaching to support confidence, development, and career progression. I also offer out-of-hours support when needed, alongside guidance around training opportunities and professional growth.

My first session

In our first session, we focus on creating a clear, user-centred contract that reflects your individual needs, context, and way of working. This includes discussing boundaries, expectations, and how we will work together in a way that feels safe, supportive, and ethically grounded. We will also explore what you need from me as a supervisor鈥攚hether that鈥檚 more support, challenge, guidance, or space to reflect鈥攕o that supervision is tailored to your development and helps you feel confident and held in your practice.
