Availability
I currently offer online sessions on Monday afternoons and evenings. I aim to provide a steady, reliable space each week, and I work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. If I need to take time off, I will always let you know in advance so we can plan together and make sure you feel held throughout any breaks. My availability may change over time, and I will keep this section updated so you have the most accurate information. If you contact me and I am out of office, I will reply as soon as I am able.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, reflective space where you can explore your experiences thoughtfully and without judgement. Working psychodynamically means we look together at your thoughts, feelings and patterns with care and curiosity. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure or overwhelmed, so we move gently and at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t need to carry everything alone — therapy can help you understand yourself and what feels difficult in a more grounded way. Over time, therapy can help you find clarity and make sense of feelings or situations that currently feel confusing or overwhelming.
My approach is steady and collaborative. Rather than rushing or pushing for answers, I offer a consistent weekly space where you can take time to notice what comes up, reflect on patterns, and begin to make sense of your inner world. We explore both what is happening in the present and how past experiences may be shaping your feelings, relationships and responses today.
Therapy can support you through many different experiences — anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or periods of change and uncertainty. Whatever you bring, my focus is on creating a safe, thoughtful environment where you feel met with care and where we can explore what matters to you at a pace that feels manageable.
Practice description
My practice offers weekly online therapy sessions for adults seeking a regular space to reflect and explore what feels important. Sessions take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes. Working online means you can join from a private, comfortable space without needing to travel, and many people find this helps them settle more easily into the session.
I keep the practical side of therapy straightforward. Once we agree a session time, that slot becomes yours each week. I offer clear communication around scheduling, availability and any planned breaks, so you always know what to expect. My practice is suitable for people looking for ongoing weekly therapy rather than one‑off or ad‑hoc sessions, and I welcome clients who may be new to therapy or returning after some time away.
You can expect a professional, confidential service where your time is protected and uninterrupted. I aim to make the process of starting and continuing therapy feel simple and manageable, from first contact through to ongoing weekly work.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right. I don’t offer a different rate for this session, and there is no formal assessment to complete beforehand. Instead, we spend the time talking about what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and anything that feels important for me to know as we begin.
I may ask a few gentle questions to help us understand your situation, but there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. We also look at practicalities such as session time, confidentiality, and how we will work together going forward. By the end of the session, you should have a clear sense of what weekly therapy with me would be like, and we can decide together whether to continue.
