About me and my therapy practice
As a counsellor, I love creating a space where people feel free to talk about any issues they are experiencing without worrying about being judged. My priority is to provide a supportive, safe, and confidential space so that, when they are ready, clients can talk about what is on their minds.
I have over eight years of experience working with adults, young people and children in various roles, through counselling agencies and as a Specialist Educational Inclusion Practitioner within Kent schools.
I have worked extensively with neurodivergent clients and their families, drawing on a range of resources and theories.
Practice description
The foundation of all my work is a Person-Centred approach. I incorporate various counselling approaches and techniques, responding to the needs, personal circumstances and preferences of each person.
I offer traditional talking therapy and also enjoy using creative counselling methods; working with objects, art and images.
