About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, impartial, confidential space where you’re invited to talk about whatever is on your mind. I will listen to you, endeavour to understand your situation from your perspective, and support you in exploring your situation - and in recognising what you would like to change or be different.
With 20 + yrs experience in various education settings, I work with adults, young people and organisations experiencing a wide range of challenges and complex situations.
My approach is a compassionate and gentle one, with the intention of facilitating client led change.
As client, you always remain in charge of what you bring to our counselling sessions and what you choose to share. We will always move at your pace.
Qualifications and relevant training:
Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling
Level 6 Advanced Specialist Diploma in Supervision
Currently undertaking PhD studies with University of Exeter School of Medicine and Health
