Hi, I鈥檓 Suzanne - an experienced Therapist and Counsellor supporting women struggling with anxiety, low self-confidence, self-esteem, or overwhelm and want to feel more confident and connected in life.
Having once struggled with anxiety and overwhelm, I know how exhausting it is to constantly 鈥渄o鈥 for others - keeping up appearances, saying 鈥渋t鈥檚 fine,鈥 and trying to keep everyone happy - while feeling trapped in overthinking and unsure of who you really are.
As a busy woman, you鈥檙e used to keeping things together. You鈥檙e the one others turn to, at work, at home, in your friendship group. You lead, support, organise and carry on, but behind the professionalism, the calm exterior, and the packed schedule, you might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you鈥檝e somehow lost touch with yourself. You鈥檝e built a life that looks successful on paper - so why does it feel so hard to be in it? Why do you feel so flat, so lost, so unlike yourself?
You might not be looking for quick fixes or surface-level strategies, you want to understand what鈥檚 really going on beneath the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the inner critic. Therapy with me isn鈥檛 about being given solutions, it鈥檚 a space to slow down, feel safe enough to be real, and begin exploring what鈥檚 underneath the pressure to keep performing.
Together, we鈥檒l gently untangle long-held patterns, make sense of why you feel the way you do, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been put to one side.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth - I don鈥檛 sit in silence, but I won鈥檛 talk at you either. I鈥檒l meet you with curiosity, compassion, and just the right amount of challenge.
Many of my clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more like themselves, and more able to choose what truly supports them - not just everyone else. I work integratively, drawing on relational and trauma-informed approaches, always tailored to you.

My first session
In our first session, we鈥檒l go through an assessment form together. This helps me get to know you better and understand what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, so we can begin to focus our work around what matters most to you.
Our sessions will be a space for you to explore your past and present experiences and how they have shaped you. Together, we鈥檒l work towards a deeper understanding of yourself, opening up new possibilities for growth, fulfilment, and a greater sense of peace and balance in your life.
You don鈥檛 have to keep holding it all together on your own. If any of this resonates, you鈥檙e welcome to get in touch for a free, no-pressure conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
