About me and my therapy practice

I am a registered Â鶹ԭ´´ psychotherapist, senior EMCC accredited coach and former HR professional with a strong foundation in psychology, counselling, and commercial environments.

I specialise in supporting adults who are navigating change, feeling stuck, or facing complex life decisions—helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With over 15 years of experience in HR and a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic insight and practical coaching to my work. My approach is integrative, relational, and person-centred, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I offer a safe, compassionate space for exploration and growth, empowering clients to lead with authenticity and resilience.

Practice description

Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked in diverse settings with individuals facing a wide range of issues affecting daily life, including low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, career transitions, returning to work after extended leave, childhood trauma, and a lack of confidence or direction.

I offer a collaborative and empathetic approach, creating a confidential space where clients can safely explore their thoughts and emotions. My work is tailored to each individual’s needs, fostering greater self-awareness and insight. Sessions are guided by what each person wishes to explore, at a pace that feels right—whether short-term or ongoing.

Clients often tell me they feel more confident, experience improved relationship dynamics, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves—enabling them to lead with authenticity and approach challenges with clarity and resilience.

I’m qualified in Integrative Psychotherapy, drawing primarily from relational and person-centred approaches. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients can bring their whole selves. My work is informed by psychodynamic and attachment theories to deepen understanding of past and present experiences, and I integrate cognitive behavioural techniques and coaching methods where appropriate to support practical change and personal growth.
