About me and my therapy practice
*October 2025 Availability
Are you exploring questions of identity, facing relationship challenges, or feeling weighed down by anxiety or low mood?
You don’t have to face these struggles alone.
As an Integrative Therapist specialising in identity and relationship issues, I offer a warm and inclusive space where your story is heard and respected.
I work with individuals and couples to explore self-esteem, cultural or intercultural identity, communication patterns, and the emotional weight that can arise in life and relationships.
My practice draws from a range of approaches, including attachment theory, person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, narrative, and creative methods. Allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs.
Together, we will create a collaborative and compassionate process that supports deeper understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful personal growth.
Change and healing are possible. Our work together can help you take the next step.
Practice description
My practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive, culturally attuned space.
We can explore racial identity, intergenerational trauma or the daily impact of microaggressions. Alongside patterns in communication, conflict, intimacy, or shared stressors. Your lived experience as a partner, and the experiences within the relationship, are heard and held with respect.
Therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. I invite feedback, share reflections openly and check in about the pace and focus of the session. Together, we map out clear aims, revisit progress and adjust course as your story unfolds.
Beyond conversation, we might introduce home tasks such as communication work, caring behaviours and further personal development. Anything that helps you access and express what words alone can’t reach.
My first session
Our journey begins with an assessment, during which we'll explore your unique challenges, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll define clear objectives for our work, ensuring that our therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs and aspirations.
During our therapy sessions, you'll have a safe and supportive space to discuss your thoughts and feelings openly. I'll employ evidence-based techniques and a client-centred approach to help you navigate your challenges, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth.
