I have availability on Tuesday afternoons and evenings in-person in the City of London, close to Cannon Street, Monument and Bank stations (EC3V, EC4N, EC3M, EC2N). And online on Monday and Thursday mornings. Please do reach out for a chat about your preferred times. 

About me and my therapy practice

I am Âé¶¹Ô­´´ registered Integrative Counsellor and Therapeutic Coach, available in London and online. I provide a safe and confidential space for exploration and growth, a space for reflection, somewhere you can process your thoughts, deepen your self-awareness and find a greater sense of inner balance.

If you’re facing changes or challenges, feeling stuck or need clarity about what to do next, I can help. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, career challenges, family and relationship issues, women’s health and chronic health conditions. I also work extensively with life transitions, for example: career change, divorce, motherhood, menopause, navigating the journey after a late neurodiversity diagnosis. 

As an integrative counsellor, my approach is holistic, considering your mental, physical and emotional needs. I work with clients at all stages of life, exploring current challenges and past experiences while focusing on personal growth and meaningful change.

My therapeutic coaching practice blends counselling and life coaching, creating a supportive space where we can explore both the roots of your challenges and practical pathways forward. This approach helps you understand the deeper patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be holding you back, while equipping you with effective tools to create lasting change.

Practice description

I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the areas of your life you are finding challenging.

I support you emotionally and practically with a human, whole-person approach. Sessions are conversational and collaborative, creating space for both deep reflection and purposeful change. Together, we’ll explore the personal and professional, reflect on the past and navigate the present while always focusing on the future you want for yourself.

I’m honest, open, professional, and a good listener. I bring curiosity without judgment, creating a calm space for exploration and growth. I invite you to bring your whole self. I’ll challenge you gently when helpful and will celebrate your progress along the way.

I work in private practice both face-to-face in the City of London (EC3V, EC4N, EC3M, EC2N) and online.

My first session

We’ll start by discussing your reasons for seeking therapy at this point in your life. You can decide if I’m the right fit for you and see if you engage with and enjoy my style of working. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and the aim is to help you, so I won’t be offended if you decide we’re not the perfect match. If the decision is made to proceed, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long and scheduled for the same time and place every week.
