About me and my therapy practice

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.

Reaching out for support can sometimes feel like a big step. You may be going through a difficult time, feeling stuck, or simply wanting a space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgement. I offer a warm, supportive and confidential environment where we can explore whatever you may be facing at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor who has been supporting young people (16–18) and adults since 2014. The core of my practice is grounded in person-centred counselling, valuing empathy, authenticity and genuine human connection. When people feel truly heard and accepted, it can create the conditions for greater understanding and meaningful change.

As an integrative counsellor, I work flexibly and collaboratively, drawing on approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Brief Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs. At times, I may gently offer suggestions or techniques to support reflection and personal growth.

Together we may explore past experiences, relationships or life events that continue to influence how you feel today, helping you develop greater self-awareness and new ways of responding to the challenges you face.

Alongside my counselling work, I am also a qualified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. I offer trauma-informed breathwork sessions as a standalone practice for those who wish to explore a more body-based approach to emotional processing and self-awareness.

My counselling style is warm, collaborative and down to earth, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.
