About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, lost, depressed, lonely or stuck? Is life overwhelming you? Do you feel like there are things in your past you need to talk about? Trauma, depression, low self esteem and anxiety can feel physically as well as emotionally overwhelming, and it can be hard to take the time to really focus on ourselves and listen to what we need.
Practice description
I'm a person-centred therapist and can integrate compassion-focussed therapy and trauma informed practices. I have specialist training in domestic abuse recovery.
Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy - University of Salford
PgDip Level 7 Counselling and Psychotherapy
Trained in working with those who have experienced domestic abuse

My first session
It is important to find the right therapist for you, so if you get in touch I will respond to arrange a 15 minute phone call to learn a little about each other and see if it will be a good fit. This is a no-obligation call. I will regularly review the therapy with you, to ensure we are aligned and have a shared agreement on the length of therapy.
