About me and my therapy practice

The quality of our relationships - both with ourselves and others - shapes our capacity to meet life’s highs and lows. The therapeutic relationship will support you through the difficulties you are facing and facilitate change.

This may include easing distressing symptoms such as fear, anxiety, sadness, depression, loss of sense of self, low self esteem and self worth, racing thoughts, overwhelm and panic. You may have met with a crisis throwing everything up in the air, your usual coping mechanisms no longer working for you.

I bring Gestalt, Existential and Psychodynamic approaches to my therapy practice. I offer a secure, judgement-free relationship where we can explore your situation and feelings in order to find clarity and meaning, finding out what is important to you and how you want to move forward.

My approach builds on the momentum that brought you to therapy in the first place. I will provide both support and challenge where needed, fostering an atmosphere of equality and collaboration. I will work with you to help you feel understood and more at ease in your life.

I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ Registered Integrative Counsellor with Psychotherapy training from The Gestalt Centre. I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma and Msc in Existential Psychotherapy at the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
