About me and my therapy practice
My journey began over a decade ago when I first followed my interest in psychology and counselling. I went on to complete an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Health Psychology.
Working in mental health settings across the UK, and developing a particular interest in addictions and mental health, I discovered a deep passion for counselling and therapeutic work.
I hold a Diploma in Counselling and an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy, with training grounded in humanistic and Gestalt approaches. I am also a member of the Gestalt Integrative Institute.
For the past four years, I have worked as a therapist within the NHS as well as in private practice. In addition, I am a qualified yoga teacher, with a focus on breathwork and mindful movement.
My areas of interest include relationships, couples, addiction, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I work relationally and authentically with each client, tailoring my approach to you as an individual and seeing you as a whole person with everything you bring into the therapeutic space. I offer a safe, confidential environment where you can explore what you need, and I support you throughout your journey.
