About me and my therapy practice

As a queer, disabled, and neurodivergent therapist, I’m committed to creating a space that feels genuine, welcoming, and deeply supportive. My goal is to help you explore your feelings, connect with your voice, and make sense of whatever you may be facing right now.

I bring experience from counselling roles with Macmillan Cancer Support and NHS Staff Support, where I’ve worked alongside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I also have a strong background in the charity sector, providing dedicated support to LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.
