About me and my therapy practice
I’m a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people make sense of what’s going on for them — both in their mind and in their body. Our life experiences, particularly early ones, can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. Understanding this can be a really important part of healing and growth.
I work with young people and adults, offering support that’s shaped around you and what you need. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — I draw on different therapeutic methods and adapt our work to meet you where you are.
In our sessions, we’ll gently explore the link between your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This can help you understand emotional difficulties, as well as how stress or past experiences might be showing up in your body.
You’ll have a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly listened to. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to figure it out alone — I’ll walk alongside you as you move towards greater understanding, healing, and emotional wellbeing.
Practice description
My practice is based in Beckenham, where I offer weekly or fortnightly face-to-face sessions for both adults and young people.
I’m committed to ongoing learning and regularly take part in training to ensure I’m offering the best possible support to my clients. Some of my recent professional development includes work around trauma, dissociation, the nervous system, and neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism.
Alongside this, I’m trained in meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and facilitating group therapy sessions. Bringing these approaches together allows me to work in a holistic and flexible way, tailoring our sessions to suit you and what you need at each stage of your journey.

What to Expect from Your First Session
Our first session will be an assessment where we’ll explore your background and discuss how confidentiality works in the therapy space. I deeply value the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and I understand that not every connection feels right. If, after our first session or later down the line, you feel that I’m not the right fit for you, I completely respect your decision to move forward with another therapist.
Your sense of safety and comfort is my priority. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel secure enough to explore what’s happening for you.
I currently offer both online and face-to-face sessions, and both provide a safe and compassionate environment.
The length of our work together can be tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking for short, medium, or long-term support.
To help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where you can ask any questions or share your concerns.

About me and my therapy practice
As a dedicated psychotherapist, I am deeply passionate about the mind-body connection and the profound ways that our nervous system development influences our lives. My practice focuses on understanding how early life experiences shape our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us, which is essential for healing and growth.
I specialise in working with young people and adults. I am committed to helping you navigate life experiences with resilience and compassion. My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor our work to your individual needs.
Through our sessions, we will explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, fostering a deeper understanding of your inner world. This holistic perspective allows us to address not only the psychological aspects of your concerns but also the physical manifestations of stress and trauma.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported as we work together towards greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. Whatever you feel like you are struggling with, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.

What to expect from your first session
Our first session together will be an assessment session to gather information about yourself and discuss confidentiality within the therapy room. I strongly believe in the therapeutic relationship and understand when connections are not made, so after our first session or down the line you decide that the connection has not been formed, I understand if you decide to move onto another therapist.
It is really important to me that you feel safe in our sessions together so that we can explore what is going on for you.
I am currently offering online and face-to-face sessions; both options are safe and compassionate spaces.
The duration of our work together can be adapted based on your individual needs—whether it's on a long, medium, or short-term basis.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have.
