I offer Face to Face, Online and Telephone Counselling.
The following hours are subject to availability though I can be flexible depending on your circumstances.
Mondays and Wednesday Face to Face - 1.30pm to 7.30pm
Tuesdays and Thursday Online or Telephone - 8.30am - 7.30pm
I do not work Friday, Saturday or Sunday
About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced counsellor, I am here to provide you with a confidential and supportive space to help you navigate whatever you are facing.
鈥嬧媃ou may be experiencing the symptoms of anxiety or depression. Perhaps you are dealing with a bereavement or struggling with other significant events in your life such as abuse, menopause or the end of a relationship?
鈥嬧嬧婽he above are just a few examples of how I have helped clients who have been affected in many different ways, leaving them with a range of emotions including a sense of hopelessness, low mood, fear, confusion or just of feeling 鈥渟tuck.鈥
鈥嬧婥ounselling can help you to explore and gain a different perspective of what may be troubling you and causing emotional and pain or discomfort.
Practice description
My approach is one of warmth, empathy and a balance of support and gentle challenge. By listening, without judgement, I aim to empower you to make sense of what you are facing in order to start to create lasting, positive change in your life.
鈥嬧婱y practice is based on a humanistic approach and depending on your specific needs, together, we can explore a range of ways to help you to navigate that change.
I can offer both short term directive support such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or long-term support using more creative approaches such as Gestalt Therapy.
As a Humanistic Counsellor, I will work with you to understand the best approach that works for you - with you being my priority.
My first session
I know how hard it can be to reach out which is why I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation for us to discuss your needs and be sure that I am the right fit for you.
This is usually online or by telephone but can be face to face (subject to availability).
