About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right counsellor can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying experiences that have been heavy for a long time. I offer a calm, supported, and compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening for you without pressure or judgement. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin—together, we can take things one step at a time.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including person centred, relational, and trauma informed ways of working. This means I adapt our sessions to your unique needs, pace, and lived experience rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, safety, and being truly heard.
I support adults who are navigating experiences such as anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, relationship patterns, self esteem difficulties, grief, and the impact of past trauma. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, we can explore what’s beneath the surface and gently make sense of your story together.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I pay close attention to your emotional and physical responses, helping you build awareness and reconnect with your own inner resources. I won’t rush you or push you into places you’re not ready to go. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you—offering steadiness, curiosity, and compassion as you explore what feels important.
I am a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´ and work in line with their ethical framework, ensuring a safe, confidential, and respectful therapeutic environment. I am committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice, particularly in trauma informed and relational approaches.
