About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you're struggling 鈥 but you're not alone. I'm a fully qualified, insured integrative counsellor.
I鈥檓 a fully qualified, insured integrative counsellor offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever you may be going through.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, often impacting their self-esteem, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. This can show up as low mood, anxiety, or constant worry 鈥 and together, we can work through these challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

Practice description
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional difficulties, often related to trauma, anxiety, low mood, or self-esteem. My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
You can expect a friendly, professional, and supportive environment where your voice is heard and your experiences are respected. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin, I鈥檓 here to help you make sense of what鈥檚 going on and support you in finding a way forward.
I currently offer remote sessions Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute 'get to know you' session, where we can talk through your reasons for seeking counselling 鈥 if you know them 鈥 and see if we鈥檇 be a good fit to work together.
