About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Natasha, welcome to my profile.

- Self-criticism, low self-esteem and people pleasing
- Bereavement, loss and life changes
- Depression and low mood

- Health related problems/LTHC
- I have a particular interest in supporting those who identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP), and the challenges (and strengths!) this can bring.
I currently practice online, offering sessions to those who live nationwide, enabling accessibility from the comfort of your own home.
For student Counsellors, I offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions.
I currently have availability for online Counselling sessions.
My working hours are:

Practice description
I have a Masters degree in Clinical Counselling (distinction) and an additional post-graduate advance certificate in person-centred experiential counselling for depression (distinction). My core training is in person-centred Counselling and I have interest in Compassion-Focused approaches and insights into nervous system regulation, so may offer integrating elements of these approaches into my practice where appropriate.
Counselling and psychotherapy are a collaborative process, and being as unique as we all are, I do not feel that one approach fits all. As such, I will always be open to listen to your preferences regarding what you find most helpful.
My first session
It is really important to find a Counsellor you feel comfortable and confident speaking to. I understand that finding a therapist and starting the journey may feel a vulnerable and uncertain process... or you may feel raring to go!
For all new potential clients, I begin by offering a free 15-20 minute telephone consultation. This enables you to get a sense of how you feel speaking with me. I also welcome you to explore my website (see link above) for more information about me and the professional service I offer.
Should you wish to go ahead, we then schedule our first Counselling session together and I will send you with some information to review.
At the first session, we will take time to understand what has brought you to therapy. My aim is to begin in a way that feels most comfortable for you.
