Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear. Everyone has experienced a feeling of anxiety at some point because it's a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations and affect our lives on a daily basis due to the impact of a strong inner critic or guilt as a result of difficult issues may stem from childhood abuse, neglect or bullying, or negative experiences which prevent you to from living a more meaningful life.
I specialise in Anxiety, Childhood and Adult Trauma, Attachment, Relationship issues and Depression, Perfectionism all- or nothing thinking, lack of confidence, people pleasing and struggling maintain healthy boundaries, ADHD, OCD.
Many people feel uncertain about counselling as they are not sure what it is or how it could help me personally and it takes a lot of courage to take that first step.
鈥 I am UK qualified an Integrative counsellor.
鈥 As a counsellor I believe in working with the whole person both past, present and future to help identify your emotional needs. I work from a humanistic core, which means that I keep you at the centre of our work.
鈥 I do not believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all process.

My training in Humanistic integrative counselling by introducing some approaches would help you:
*Understand how past experience impacting your present time and why you struggling to move forward.
*Enhance your understanding and build a positive relationship with self and others.
*Identifying the root causing of your anxiety/guilt to enable reducing the power.
*Reconnect your mind with your thoughts, feelings and your physical response to those feelings.
* Enable you to become a more wholesome that you can live your life with it rather than be governed by.
all these approaches only would be introduced in appropriate time following your pace to maintain ethics and safe space.

My first session
I understand how might be difficult for you to do that first step to contact therapist.
*My support begins from the moment you send an enquiry.
* I always try my best to reply straight away back.
* I will send you email and text, but I will not phone as I am not sure what is your personal situation to maintain confidentiality.

If we both feel comfortable to work together, I will email you online therapy agreement, client informational sheet and core form what would be required your attention as official part of therapy.
On first Assessment/ Introductory session:
*First session 50 mins-拢30.00 where you could see if it鈥檚 for you without any obligation.
* Thereafter 50 mins-拢55.00
For trainee counsellors I am offering 拢40 per 50 minutes session
