About me and my therapy practice

Hi there,

I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor and a registered member of the Â鶹ԭ´´ (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), I adhere to high ethical standards, and offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment where you can feel heard and supported.

I provide counselling for individuals and couples, either online via Zoom or in person at my Tunbridge Wells practice. My approach is integrative meaning that I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities and adapt the work to best suit my clients' needs.

Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you explore the patterns and root causes that may be affecting your emotions, behaviour, or relationships, and support you in finding a path forward with greater confidence and ease.

Practice description

In addition to my private practice, I’ve worked with adults in a variety of settings, including North Kent College and within the charitable sector at Mind and DAVSS (Domestic Abuse Volunteer Support Services), offering both short- and long-term therapy.

I regularly take part in professional development and further training in areas such as trauma, grief, loss, shame, suicide and self-harm, somatic breathwork, internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I also attend regular clinical supervision with an accredited supervisor and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
