About me and my therapy practice
Hi there,
I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor and a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´ (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), I adhere to high ethical standards, and offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment where you can feel heard and supported.
I provide counselling for individuals and couples, either online via Zoom or in person at my Tunbridge Wells practice. My approach is integrative meaning that I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities and adapt the work to best suit my clients' needs.
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you explore the patterns and root causes that may be affecting your emotions, behaviour, or relationships, and support you in finding a path forward with greater confidence and ease.
