About me and my therapy practice
Hi there,
I am a fully qualified experienced Counsellor and an Accredited member of the Â鶹Դ´ (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).
I provide counselling for individuals and couples, either online via Zoom or in person at my Tunbridge Wells practice. My approach is integrative meaning that I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities and adapt the work to best suit my clients' needs.
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you explore the patterns and root causes that may be affecting your emotions, behaviour, or relationships, and support you in finding a path forward with greater confidence and ease.
Practice description
Alongside my private practice, I have worked with adults across a range of settings, including educational environments and within the charitable and voluntary sector. This has included offering both short and long-term therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of life challenges and emotional difficulties.
I regularly engage in continuing professional development and further training in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, shame, suicide and self-harm, addiction, somatic breath work, internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I attend regular clinical supervision with an accredited supervisor and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
My approach is trauma-informed and relational, and I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to respond thoughtfully to what each client uniquely needs.Qualifications and Further Training
• Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (Â鶹Դ´ Accredited)
• Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy – with Juliet Grayson (Pesso Boyden-informed)
