I am available Tuesday through Thursday, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred therapist passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. My strongest skills lie in empathy and active listening, which allow me to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood.
In my practice, I focus on building a collaborative relationship with each client, tailoring therapy to their individual needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside mindfulness and relaxation techniques, to support clients in managing anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My aim is to empower clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and develop coping strategies that promote resilience and wellbeing. I am committed to walking alongside my clients at their own pace, fostering growth, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.

My first session
The initial session will be offered at a reduced rate of £35, as we will be completing the counselling contract and conducting your assessment. I understand that attending the first session can take courage, and I am committed to making it as comfortable and supportive as possible. We will move at a pace that feels right for you.
