What I bring is presence, steadiness, and the willingness to sit with you - fully.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We explore what feels stuck, what hurts, and what鈥檚 asking to shift.
I鈥檒l bring reflection, patience, and - when helpful - practical resources to support you:
- Breath awareness
- Grounding practices
- Mindfulness and self-compassion
- Tools that help you feel more anchored and supported between sessions
There鈥檚 no agenda or pressure - just a shared space where you can begin reconnecting with what feels most true for you.
