About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced 麻豆原创 & UKCP accredited psychotherapist, my practice is grounded in a deep understanding of intersectionality and the relational, emotional, and cultural contexts that shape our lived experience. I am committed to ongoing professional development, staying informed by current research and contemporary therapeutic practice.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative and attuned to your needs, helping you explore emotions, patterns, and past experiences shaping your present. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central and invite you to consider new perspectives and ways of being, supporting self-awareness, self-acceptance, and trust in your guidance鈥攅ssential for growth and healing.
With experience in the creative and financial industries, I understand the pressures and challenges often faced in these fields. My approach is tailored to each client as I attune to your needs with a non-judgemental stance.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from multiple approaches, and I frequently integrate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which emphasises experiential and transformative change. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), sensorimotor and body-based practices, ACT, mindfulness, Gestalt, and experiential inquiry.
I work with adults in short and longer-term therapy, supporting depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship and family dynamics, life transitions, and I have a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse clients offering support for workplace challenges, relationships, and the emotional impact of a late diagnosis.
My background in the entertainment industry, where storytelling highlights the human condition, has deepened my understanding of inner conflicts, shadow aspects, and the potential for transformation.

Practice description
I frequently integrate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). This approach distils the most effective elements of psychodynamic therapy into a more targeted strategy to promote transformation. It emphasises our conscious and unconscious interactions with ourselves and others, with an emphasis on the experiential鈥攂ecause just talking about things is not enough: there must be a deeper embodiment of change that comes through the felt experience of change, rather than insight alone. This is a relatively directive approach, which means the therapist does not take a passive role but is actively engaged and works alongside you to deepen emotional processing in a safe and supportive way.
Alongside AEDP, I also draw from other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), which provides a framework for working with distinct inner 鈥減arts鈥 of ourselves to develop integration and self-compassion; Sensorimotor and body-based practices; ACT and Mindfulness-based approaches; Gestalt chair work; and experiential inquiry, inviting us into present-moment awareness.
My approach is tailored to each client as I tune into your unique lived experience.
I have a particular interest in collaborating with clients who are neurodiverse.
