About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel like you are not yourself lately? Is it hard to get out of bed in the mornings? Work or study is going well but you are ‘off your game’ at times and find yourself demotivated?
Maybe the idea of social gatherings makes you feel anxious? Or friends have noticed something has changed in you. This can make you feel isolated and alone like no one understands.
While the state of the world feels bleak and unpredictable it is difficult to know where you stand. Perhaps you are finishing study or making a career change and are unsure of where you are going now. Do you struggle to be ‘truly you’ around family and friends who may judge your choices?
I offer a warm, inclusive, relaxed space where you can feel safe, accepted and understood.
I provide an independent space, separate from the rest of your life, where you can talk without judgement and be fully accepted. Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings to understand how you got here and find the root of your problem to restore your identity, health, and happiness.
When the path ahead is foggy it can leave you feeling unsure of who you are or what you want. The process of looking back into the past can help you understand how you got here, in order to make clearer decisions for the future. I will walk with you and be your sounding board, listening ear and confidant to help create lasting change. Through exploring your relationships and upbringing I will help you achieve your personal goals to reach the happiness you deserve.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw upon a range of different modalities, enabling me to create a specially tailored approach that suits you. The process of ‘Integration’ refers to bringing together separate parts to create a cohesive whole. This bringing together can help empower you to stand confidently in your identity to flourish as intended. My focus on relational psychology will offer you insight into how your significant relationships have impacted you, both past and present.

I offer a free consultation that involves an informal 20-minute chat on the phone. You will be able to tell me a bit about yourself and why you’re reaching out, and ask me about how I work.
If you feel happy we will arrange the first session, discuss the contract and set the scene by thinking about your goals for therapy. I offer you autonomy over your sessions and am happy to work on a short, medium, or long term basis depending on your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you questioning, exploring, or coming to terms with your gender identity or sexuality? Perhaps you feel unsure where you fit, worried about how others may respond, or tired of having to hide parts of yourself.
You may be navigating questions around coming out, transitioning, relationships, faith, family expectations, shame, anxiety, or feeling different from the people around you. Even when life looks fine on the outside, it can feel lonely carrying these questions by yourself.
Maybe you are trying to understand what feels true for you, while also managing other people’s opinions, labels, assumptions, or silence. You might long to feel more at home in yourself, but feel unsure how to get there.
I offer a warm, inclusive, affirming and relaxed space where you can feel safe, accepted and understood — without needing to explain, justify or minimise who you are.
Therapy can offer an independent space, separate from the rest of your life, where you can speak openly about gender, sexuality, identity, relationships and belonging. Together, we can explore what has shaped your sense of self, what feels difficult right now, and what may help you move towards greater clarity, confidence and self-acceptance.
If the path ahead feels foggy, we can gently make sense of your experiences at your pace. This might include looking at family messages, past relationships, early experiences, or moments where you learned it was safer to hide or adapt. I’ll support you in building a stronger, kinder connection with yourself.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw upon a range of different modalities, enabling me to tailor therapy to you. My relational approach can help you understand how significant relationships, past and present, have impacted your identity, self-worth and ability to feel safe with others. Integration is about bringing together different parts of yourself into a more cohesive whole, so you can stand more confidently in who you are.

What happens next?
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you are unsure how much to share or whether you will be understood. To help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you, I offer a free consultation: an informal 20-minute phone call where you can tell me a little about what brings you to therapy and ask any questions about how I work.
If you feel comfortable, we can arrange a first session, discuss the therapy agreement, and begin by thinking together about your hopes and goals. I offer short, medium or long-term therapy depending on your needs, and we can review this together as the work develops.
Please get in touch by email or phone if you would like to organise a consultation. You are welcome to call or text, and you do not need to have everything worked out before reaching out.
