About me and my therapy practice
About me
Hi, I’m Fran, a neurodiverse (AuDHD) integrative psychotherapist passionate about helping people cultivate self-compassion, self-love, and self-care in their daily lives. I believe that the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation for emotional well-being, and I’m here to support you in strengthening that connection.
My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self -without fear of judgment.
Experience & Approach
I have extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults across various settings, including:
✔ Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS): Providing 1:1 therapy for children (ages 4+), family therapy, and facilitating workshops for young people and parents.
✔ Higher Education Support: Offering counselling for university students and running workshops to support emotional well-being.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including:
Person-Centered Therapy – Creating a space that is truly led by you.
Systemic Therapy – Exploring how relationships and environments shape your experiences.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Helping you reframe unhelpful thought patterns.
Attachment Therapy & Psychotherapy – Understanding how early experiences impact emotions and relationships.
Compassion-Focused Therapy – Developing self-kindness and emotional resilience.
If you’re ready to start therapy, I’d love to support you on your journey.
