Welcoming individuals with a range of issues, including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, bereavement or just experiencing a general feeling of dissatisfaction with life. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space to explore whatever is troubling you, at your own pace.​&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
Practice description
I work online, in central Bath or from a quiet therapy room, on the outskirts of Bath. I can also offer sessions outside in nature if preferred.
The counselling sessions last for 60 minutes and are on a weekly basis. I work in an integrative way, which means I tailor my work to each individual client and draw on my experience in different modalities of therapy.
I believe every one of us has the potential to bring about change, to heal, to grow, and live a fuller, lighter life, and it's my role to help you find that in yourself.
My first session
Firstly, we can have a 15-20 min chat over the phone, or on zoom, to see if I may be a good fit for you.
This is free of charge and a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and to talk a little about what brings you to counselling. We can then discuss together if weekly counselling sessions would be the way forward for you.
