About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced Â鶹Դ´-registered counsellor offering a warm, calm, and empathic space where you can talk freely about what matters most to you.
I work with adults from all walks of life, and offer support with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, and family issues. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or experiencing a general sense of overwhelm or disconnection, therapy can support you in feeling more grounded, seen and understood.
My approach is person-centred therapy, stemming from the belief that we each have the capacity to grow, adapt and find a way forward - sometimes we just need the right environment to do so.
Practice description
My intention is to help you get to the root of your challenges in a space that offers safety, respect and empathy, and is free from judgement.
Together we can explore your concerns with insight and compassion, and reach a place of understanding, healing and change.
I offer both short-term therapy and longer-term, open-ended work, depending on what you need.
I work from both Greenwich (SE10) and Norwich (NR11) and offer both face-to-face sessions and online sessions throughout the week.
I also offer one-off sessions, similar to a drop-in service. Perhaps there's a single issue you'd like to address quickly or maybe you're unsure about committing to long-term therapy. These sessions take place online.
In-person: £70
Online: £55
One-off: £75
My first session
It can feel daunting taking the first step, and so we can arrange an initial free 20-minute telephone or video call. We can talk through what has brought you to counselling, how we can work together and what you'd like to achieve. It's an opportunity to get to know one another and you can ask any questions you might have. There is no obligation to continue after this, but if you'd then like to, we can then organise the first session.
