Availability

I offer a free 10-minute telephone call as a first step, giving us a chance to talk briefly about what’s brought you to therapy and whether working together feels right.

If you choose to continue, we can book a 50-minute initial consultation at a reduced fee of £60. This session gives us time to think together about what support you might need and what you would like from therapy.

Ongoing sessions are £85 per 50-minute session.

I currently offer face-to-face and online sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays (11am–4pm).

About me and my therapy practice

Finding a therapist and beginning therapy can feel daunting. You may be carrying uncertainty, vulnerability, or questions about whether therapy will help. I aim to offer a supportive, empathic, and non-judgmental relationship where you can begin at your own pace.

I work integratively, meaning I adapt my approach to you rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model. My work is primarily Existential and Relational, grounded in a Humanistic approach that values your lived experience and inner world.

I describe myself as friendly, approachable, and at times playful. I value honesty and warmth in the therapeutic relationship, while also holding space for depth, complexity, and difficulty. I believe meaningful change happens through relationships, when we feel safe enough to explore what’s painful, confusing, or unresolved.

Practice description

I work with adults from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and neurodivergent experiences. I bring an awareness of how identity, power, and intersectionality shape our lives and the challenges we face.

Much of my work begins with building trust and connection. For many people, therapy can be one of the few spaces that is just for them: a place to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what they carry. Within a supportive and confidential relationship, parts of ourselves that have been hidden, guarded, or shaped by shame can begin to be gently explored.

My first session

Whether you’re looking for short-term or longer-term therapy, counselling can offer support during times of emotional distress, low self-esteem, or periods of change and transition.

The first session is an open and informal conversation. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, explore a little of your history and current concerns, and get a sense of how it feels to sit together in the room. This session is as much about you deciding whether I feel like the right therapist for you as it is about beginning the work.
