About me and my therapy practice
I offer a tailored, relational approach that honours your unique story and considers how your experiences have been shaped by your relationships, background, and environment. To support our work together, I draw from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the psychodynamic approach.
My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where long-held feelings can be explored safely. By helping you tune into physical sensations and emotional shifts, we can work together to reconnect with hidden or silenced parts of yourself, foster self-compassion, and navigate life's challenges with greater authenticity.
For some clients, words alone are not enough, so I also offer creative ways of accessing deeper layers of experience. Modalities such as drawing, collage, clay, sandtray, movement and symbolic imagery can offer alternative pathways into expression and meaning-making. No artistic experience or ability is needed.
I work regularly with: Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Low self-esteem, Chronic pain, Complex trauma and Neurodiversity.
Practice description
Sessions last 50-55 minutes and take place weekly, either online or in person in a spacious therapy room in Redland, Bristol.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy tailored to your needs. We will regularly review our progress together to ensure the pace and duration of our work align with your goals.
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the Â鶹Դ´, I work in strict accordance with the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework and engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
I hold a Master’s in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS, Levels 1 & 2).
