About me and my therapy practice

Warm, integrative therapist offering traditional in-person sessions, online therapy, and creative 'Walk and Talk' sessions at The Rye.

I help you gain clarity and practical tools for change. Sometimes, the hardest part of struggling is not knowing why you feel the way you do. I provide a dedicated, safe space where we can untangle those emotions together. My goal is to help you gain clarity on your current situation, find a sense of direction for the future, and equip you with practical tools to manage your feelings day-to-day.

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey. Whether you are navigating a specific crisis or feeling a general sense of unease, I offer a non-judgmental environment where you have the time and safety to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Practice description

I provide a warm, adaptable, and integrative approach to therapy. I draw on a variety of methods—including psychodynamic insights and CBT techniques—to suit your unique needs. At its heart, my approach uses talking as a way of unlocking psychological barriers, helping you understand what is happening and take back control.

Ways of Working:

Alongside traditional sessions, I offer 'Walk and Talk' therapy at The Rye. This is more than just a change of scenery; I use the natural environment around us as a creative tool to help you explore your internal world. Engaging with nature as we walk can often reveal new metaphors and perspectives that help 'unstick' difficult thoughts and feelings

My first session

Our First Session:

Your first session will be a gentle introduction. While I will ask a range of questions to understand your background, it is primarily an opportunity for you to share what is currently troubling you and for us to explore what you would like to achieve in our time together.

Fees:

Online, Daytime, or Evening Sessions: £60

'Walk and Talk' Sessions (at The Rye): £60

In-Person (Room-based) Sessions: £70
